About This Course
This course introduces you to the field of protein structure. The course will cover contemporary methods to determine protein structure and to investigate protein structure and function. The course will provide you with tools to retrieve and work with known structures.
Requirements
No formal prerequisites. A basic knowledge of physical chemistry and NMR spectroscopy will help a good deal in this course. If you followed the NMR course dring your BSc at AU, you are well-equipped. If you want to cacth up on some NMR, you can enrol the NMR and MS course here on EDX and follow the first NMR lectures. Talk to your teacher about this.
